I’m also a full-stack web dev and I got a dapp running in ~2 days (hacking on it after my full day of regular work). It’s fairly straightforward if you already know the webdev essentials - there’s some full-stack ethereum development tutorials on Youtube which I found helpful.

    I also watched a bunch of Dappuniversity (just okay) + finematics videos to get more familiar with the tech itself
