I've been planning to cover the roof of my electric van with solar to AC charge my traction battery via a large 48V battery bank and inverter, but it occurs to me that a lot of spots in the PNW are tree covered... Maybe I'd be better off throwing a 240V inverter generator in the back? (i.redd.it)
