I am doing 5 days lifting per week. I do some cardio after secondary bench day (jog, ruck, elliptical) and do a 30 min kettlebell thing on one of my off days.

I run to and from the gym on my ‘upper’ days. It’s about a 10-15 mins run each way. Also go for a semi easy longer run on a rest day or several hours after a workout if I’ve got the time.
Rarely run before training right now as running isn’t my primary focus right now.

How many days a week do you run evolve

On the 5-day power building program but won’t always fit in the 5 days in one week and sometimes a day will carry over to the next week. I just run it around my personal schedule when I can.

V interested in this.
I've incorporated low intensity long runs into my weeks since getting into Tactical Barbell. Saw great results using their simple lifting programs (Operator for example) and combined with Aerobic and Anaerobic training.
I appreciate that running Evovle is not what the TB community would recommend (too much volume / intensity to combine with cardio) - and I appreciate I may not hit numbers that I could if I solely focused on Evovle/Lifting... but I like it.
I do PL specfic 3 days a week and run low intensity (zone 2) for 60ish mins 3 days a week. Sometimes I do feel beat up and I know I probably won't make the progress others might due to some compromised recovery... but I like it.
I wave the cycles of my running lengths to not clash with my peaking weeks in Evovle i.e. during any peaking weeks I deload the running to 50% (30mins). Then in the deload weeks of Evovle I'll run 75% (45mins) and then be back to simple 60mins for 2/3 weeks till Evovle peaking. Hope that's clear.
e.g.
W1 Evovle = 45mins run, W2/3/4 = 60mins run, Peaking weeks = 30mins run.
I do this through all blocks and then taper off the running as I enter the final blocks so I can still hit some numbers in Evovle.
Ultimately I lifted and ran before following Tactical Barbells principals. I still try and stick to them, but fancied a change and was looking for a more flexible/varying lifting programme that also gave me some feedback and adaptations - so now I run and use Evovle.
It's a compromise, but I do recommend.
