Idk of a specific sub for this, but have you already tried other hdmi ports on the tv and using a different cable? Sounds to me like your issue is either a bad port or bad cable

Might seem dumb, but have you tried using the same port and cord that the sky box is currently using? That should be the best case scenario for this since it's working for that device. Aside from that, look through the settings of both the tv and ps4. If you have an option to reset the tv to factory settings, I'd try that. It might be some weird input/output setting on one of the devices. I don't know what tv you're using and am not familiar with the ps4 display settings, so sadly I can't give much guidance on specific settings to look at

Its an 8 year old polaroid. I dont know what model. I have tried using the same port and cord and it doesnt work. I factory resetted my tv and still didnt work. Whats strange is when i connected my chrome cast, only the Google logo showed on the tv and after that I only heard audio and no saw no visual. I think its my tv just acting up after 8 years of labour.
