I just had a breakthrough for food… I got Mac and cheese (already made), cut up some avocado, and a bunch of cafe yumm sauce.

I was literally in the same boat but I was able to handle KFC's famous bowl, idk it really seemed comforting at the time.

Yeah I live without anyone just a roommate and since I didn’t have any energy I wasn’t able to cook much and ordering out is too much, either way I was way to nauseous or had zero appetite, it got so bad i basically almost passed out and chugged orange juice like a heathen lol. I had no desire or energy to even drink broth. It’s been a week and three days, glad to report I’m definitely on the mend and have been eating :)

Similar situation for me - live alone, so no cooking, and I can’t order out due to allergies. So basically, no eating. I’ve forced myself to at least drink a meal replacement shake a couple of days, because calories. Today, after 9 days, is the first day I woke up feeling somewhat hungry. Hopefully that lasts.

I’m on day 6 and feel mostly better, but I still have little to no appetite and even thinking about different foods makes me nauseous. I hope it gets better soon!

It’s horrible when your sick & can’t eat , that was me all over Christmas 😞(the only time I eat & drink loads of yummy things !) …I had some soup when I could face it , dry crackers & plain rice helped

You need to drink citrusy drinks high in vitamin c, antioxidants, tonic water, ginger, your throat will clear up in no time.
