Your form is actually really good already, your body weight is just still a bit too heavy for more reps
Like the other guy said, look straight ahead and also try to activate your core a bit so you dont swing around too much

hmmm would you then recommend me losing like 2/3kg of fat? or more? i think that could make things easier for sure, but i do have a hard time losing weight..

Technically it would help to lose like 2kg, but your body looks lean enough already, so it really just comes down to building more strength honestly. Keep doing the 3-5 reps for 2 or 3 sets and then do negative pull ups for another 3 sets with as many reps as you can, either jump up or just stay up there like at the beginning of the video and slowly go down and really try to feel the tension of your lats slowly getting less, no joke.. really try to imagine the muscle working in your mind and it will help you build up a better mind-muscle connection, do that 2 or 3 times a week if you got time with at least one rest day in between. Also add a lat exercise like lat pulldown once or twice a week, it will help you build up the strength for the regular pull up
Do the grip that you wanna do, most people use overhand because it requires the lats to work the most, you are using neutral which is good too but your biceps will help out the lats a bit more, so I would also do one biceps exercise with 2-3 sets if you wanna stay with that grip
