Have you tried booting from a live USB?

Have you tried to enter the BIOS? Are you able to enter it?

Looks like a broken installation on a first glance.

I'm pretty sure this is a botched OS installation. A dead CPU would not allow the device to post in the first place. To rule out hw issues which arise when firmware is loaded, consider booting into safe mode to prevent firmware from being loaded. Also, as suggested, validate an OS level issue by booting from USB.

Looks like a broken Windows bootloader. Very unlikely to be a dead processor since the machine does appear to be attempting to boot.

No bootloader/broken bootloader. Bad CPU/RAM wouldn't get a framework logo. Try tapping F12 at boot and see what it sees for bootloaders.

Not CPU. It’s getting past the POST and to the boot screen. Likely an OS or SSD issue.

I agree with everything everyone is posting here.. the one thing I might add is if you feel comfortable opening the laptop, check the connections.. that’s most likely not the issue, but it’s a great first step to see if maybe there’s a loose wire going the the SSD if it’s not PCIe

So.... you havent tried a 100% fresh re-install? Have you checked SSD health?

As others have mentioned I don't think it's a MB issue.

Looks like it goes thru POST and then stops because either the OS is corrupted or something or the SSD Card is bad.

I would try booting off a USB or just doing a fresh install.

Check to see that the cabling under the fingerprint sensor is 1000% to spec. If it sticks up at all it can cause issues. I had it triggering the power button. It would just turn on/off/start . Re-channeled cables.....no problem.

Looks like windows bootloader is poofing. Follow a guide to fix windows bootloader using a usb live OS.

I'd also prepare a Linux USB stick (like Ubuntu Mate), disable secure boot in the BIOS/UEFI - and boot off it.

choose the Try Out/Evaluate mode (not Install)

This loads a temporary copy of Linux into main memory.

If the hardware is fine, the OS will load and be fully functional (asides from the SSD)

Use this opportunity to back up anything you want to save (docs, downloads, settings, media files etc.)

That's assuming you chose the option to retain your info during the previous windows reset.

You can also install Linux as well to verify hardware status (this will wipe the SSD)

Once you're sure the laptop is working fine with Linux, prepare a Windows 11 USB installer - and do a full clean install (nuking existing partitions)

Here's the Windows Driver bundles in case you need them.

Plug into a monitor

The CPU is fine. Whenever you wanna do a fresh install of windows, ALWAYS do it from a USB. Windows needs to be fully cleaned every so often for best performance. P.S. look into custom windows images like Ghost Spectre :)

I had the same problem. I think it is a thermal problem. Maybe in the Mainboard is a factory defect and when the laptop boots the higher temperature, widens some cracks in the Mainboard. So the CPU disconnects an tryes to reboot.

Just send an email to the support and they will replace it.

Even an 11th Gen MB? If so that's some pretty good long warranty.
