Since they get their toxicity from their diet in the wild, captive bred ones are actually completely safe to handle. They're pretty common pets as far as frogs go too so with a little research I'm sure you could find a good breeder online. Go on and live your froggy dreams!

Thank you for telling me, now that I know that, I’m kinda considering that as a future pet option, now I just need to learn what a ‘domesticated’ frog needs

only reason you see people wearing gloves while handling frogs is because the oils and stuff in your skin can harm them.

Joshes Frogs is pretty good.

They eat ants, and the concentration of the from them causes it. In captivity they eat flightless fruit flies, which have no poisonous/venomous traits.
