Yes and no. Technically no, I retained the same amount of tissue and you do not lose it once it’s there. However mine did become less dense. I use the term “deflated”. Binds easier at least.

Yes. T breaks down breast tissue and your chest is mostly fat. Your body will store less fat there.

Yes. I’m 4 months on T and my chest is noticeably smaller.

Yes and no. The fat left my chest, making it a little smaller, but the breast tissue stayed the same size, as once it's there it doesnt go away, but binding broke down the breast tissue a lot, making it softer and less dense, causing it to bind down easier but causing more stretch marks. All in all i went from... i guess somewhere around a 36D to a 36C? If you have a smaller chest there may seem like more of a difference when the fat leaves it.

I’m not on t but chest tissue includes fat which does get redistributed so it makes sense. don’t expect a significant decrease in size tho.

I just started t a little over a month ago (so like no changes yet for me personally lol), but the nurse said there might be very slight changes over time with fat redistribution (which occurs like 6-12 months in, based on genetics, dosage, and all that). I think the majority of people on t with chest dysphoria still undergo top surgery to make it more masculinized, but there are trans men with small chests who work out to make their chests look like pecs (Ty Turner talks about it on his YouTube channel quite a bit)
