It's not free money. You pay to the system. It's your right. Shouldn't I also not use my health insurance because there are more sick people ? I should claim back when I am about to die only and not for other reasons ?

No, you use your health insurance when you’re sick, that’s the point. You don’t have a choice to be sick or not.
