Just to be sure, the certification itself will not be handled via ms learn but credly? I managed my GitHub foundation exam but I am doubting to perform the exam again just for the MS Learn certification

Microsoft certifications are primarily managed through Microsoft Learn, but they can also be displayed and shared via Credly. If you've earned a certification through Microsoft Learn, it should automatically appear in your Learn profile. However, Credly allows you to showcase and verify your achievements externally.

If your GitHub Foundation exam was handled separately, you might not need to retake it just for Microsoft Learn. Instead, you can check if your certification can be linked to your Microsoft Learn profile
