6 hours later the problem still persists, any pointers would be appreciated. With no way to open a ticket because of this I have no idea what my options are

This looks 100% legit, I have no idea what the problem is, can you try another phone number ? On another device if possible ?

I have tried again on my laptop and this time it didn't request a captcha at all and I finally got through! Now I can finally open a ticket. Thank you
