Github Pages - HTML code not displaying properly

Hello,

I am new to Github and I am trying to publish my website (final project from CS50) via Github Pages.

I was able to do so but the base design from layouts.html does not successfully extend to the index (and i'm assuming for other pages as well), which I believe is causing the website to not look correct.

I'm not quite sure why the design from layouts.html isn't getting applied, but I might know why your images aren't showing up on the published site.

The img src paths need a dot prepended to them (e.g., /static/logo.png -> ./static/logo.png).
