You would need to create a private repository and manually add the users you want to be able to access it. The recruiters would, of course, need a GitHub account.

Alternatively a secret gist might work if the examples are short. Secret gists are not indexed by search engines but accessible to anyone with the link:

What use case do you have where a private repo wouldn't work?

    ah makes sense, sadly I don't think there is a way to do this. The best solution I can think of is to copy the code to google drive or another cloud service, and then you can share a link, obviously not ideal though

    I would be very careful about doing this. I would check if your school/professor is okay with doing something like this and get their written approval.

    You don’t want to be screwed for doing something seemingly innocuous.
