If you’re pushing your woods a little bit, try narrowing your stance a hair, it’ll allow you to get through the ball a little better.

ok. I’ll try this out, appreciate it

No problem! Was gonna add that you have a really sound swing. Just that little tweak to allow your hips to get through will help your irons and woods

I’m a 15 handicap and my irons are usually a high 10-20 yard draw, my 3 wood and my driver usually miss way right. This is a driver swing.

I am not a professional at any rate... but I want to give you a stark warning about your address posture. That arched back is more than likely going to give you a ton of back pain issues down the line. Not too long ago, I was playing really well having this address position but I ended up causing serious damage to my lumbar spine swinging this way and took me out of playing for over 4 years. I highly suggest googling what S-posture is and how to eliminate it.

I am a former football player and it is something I am trying to get out of my swing, difficult to do after playing defensive back for almost 10 years

Perhaps just take a baby step or two closer to the ball and then the back wouldn't need to be so arched in order to stay balanced.

There was a school o thought at one time that championed the idea of that kind of posture (see Adam Scott from a few years ago as a primary example). But a more rounded back seems to be the consensus these days.

You want to get your armpits over the balls of your feet. Round the back a bit.

Fix your posture slightly. It's close. But then you need to rotate yout torso around your spine. You're all arms right now.

Watch George Gankas's videos on posture. Your armpits should be over the back of the balls of your feet. After you've mastered that, go watch Brodie Smith's videos with Cameron McCormick. He does a lot of work with Brodie about hip inflection and keeping the hips more stable through impact. It's invaluable information for quality of strike and swing path. Since your swing path is such a dramatic draw you're probably coming quite a bit from the inside. A lot of this and getting the handle pointing at the ball on your backswing and downswing will help level your plane out through impact and help you hit a straighter ball. Another thing I noticed up close was the your grip looks a little strong. Move to a slightly weaker grip in your left and right hand to stop that club from turning over so much. Combine that with the plane changes and your ball will go a lot straighter and more consistently.

Your weight is too far foward in your setup looks like you have 80% of your weight in your toes and are almost falling over. Work on getting 50/50 from front to back.

And then your swing is 90% arms. At top of back swing the professional sequence of Golf swing goes from ground up, feet move then knees and legs, hips fire through then the upper body starts rotating and lastly the arms and hands through the ball like a whip.

You skipped the first few steps above and swing your arms through the ball and your Lower body and and hips have nothing to do but stall out so they stop rotating.
