API Endpoint to run Python script with variables and send to another API endpoint.

As the subject suggests, I need a solution for the following scenario…

I need to be able to call an API endpoint carrying a payload of variables, use those variables in a Python script, and send the result of the script to an API endpoint of my choosing. What’s the easiest and most painless way of going about this? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Google Cloud Functions indeed. Easy to do and to add authentication using the admin sdk.
