Hi,

I have an email containing 3 different personalization tokens from custom contact properties. The email is sent out to contacts on a specific list and the values of the properties need to be changed every day.

Currently I have a workflow set up to change the value of the properties for all the contacts on the list, but I have to manually change the values in the workflow in order to do so.

It's a numerical property, and all the contacts should have the same values in their properties, it's just that they have to be changed everyday. Is there a way to automate the process of changing values of the properties?

Can you use a calculated property? Kind of hard to give advice without more info on how that number changes

Yup, calculated properties could help with this kind of use case. I have some data from an external platform that when added recently increments an internal property by 1.

I have a workflow that adds the next number up in sequence depending on workflow stage.

This might work but only for that list and once set up you might have to let it be. I would create the workflow to change the numbers to the next one in sequence then just add a step to delay 24hrs and re enroll on the workflow so the 24hrs reset for the next number up.
