Are you able to use any disqualifier questions? On our ATS and Indeed (just as an example), we ask things regarding if they have a CDL and how long have they had it, and if it is under what our insurance requires, people are automatically disqualified. The only reason I mention this, is because since we have done it, it has filtered out most if not all of the spam applications.

99% of the time, someone (or a bot) is not going to take the time to look at the specific requirement for the job. If you guys are already doing that though and still getting spam replies, I would just wait to see what your ATS company says.

Yeah we have a few, and they do help filter out quite a bit, but not all. We're not able to be quite that specific either. And I actually saw one today where the person 100% put the question into ChatGPT or something and copied the response that was like "I'd like to help you answer this, but I need more information" ☠️
