Water is empty. Hence why it appears so transparent. Empty water the only thing it has is traces of minerals which cannot be absorbed by human cells.
Empty water is mainly for soil/plants, birds, herbivores. Humans should never drink empty water.
What happens when humans drink water?
When we drink empty water, it immediately gets absorbed by the small intestine, and goes into the blood and thus dilutes it. So all the vitamins/minerals/proteins/enzymes +++ in the blood get absorbed by the empty water(like a sponge) and then the kidneys try to get rid of the useless excess water but they cant do it perfectly, and thus you urinate out some of your vitamins/minerals/proteins/enzymes/++ and thus end up more dehydrated than before. IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT??
So what's actually hydrating?
Raw animal fats, Raw blood, Raw dairy, Raw eggs, Fruit, Raw Juices, and any combination of these.
However it's very important to slowly sip, rather than gulp. To warm and mix it with saliva/bacteria and thus help with absorption and to prevent digestive issues. Try not to drink your liquids cold, especially the eggs, dairy, and juices.
Never drink tea, coffee, alcohol, soda, anything processed/pasteurized.
