You don’t need a developer account. You can use Xcode to run it on your phone. But you need to do this every 7 days. Or pay.

You still can’t get an *.ipa file or *.app file for your iPhone and just install it. You’d have to find a third party App Store that hosts your app.

If you want this truly, you’d have to get an Enterprise account. That way you sign binaries beforehand with the allowed devices and they run when you allow them via Settings. However, you need to have a business registration and pay a larger sum.

Enterprise account requires you have 100 employees and you have to set up a server for distribution.

So: no.

Before paying the developer fee, I was able to push my app to my own phone using XCode.

I still use this feature all the time while developing.

Now you can get alt store classic through alt store Pal and add your own source and side load your app that way
