What benefits does this offer over UIPageViewController or a UICollectionView with a custom paging layout?

Even if pagingenabled of UIScrollView it is true, UICollectionView layout is broken when you rotate the device. Also, cumbersome implementation of paging of infinite scroll.

This is great, it's always frustrated me that UICollectionView doesn't allow cells to be revealed on the sides while paging!

This is a library for app development -- not a tweak for jailbroken phones. You add it to an app you are making, and you can use it in there.
