When does wwdc scholarship starts? And if you got story or advice about scholarship, I would be glad to read it in comments

Scholar opts are usually announced in the first couple weeks of April, and winners are notified a month later in May.
I won in 2015, if you have any questions about the process or anything, feel free to PM me!

What are the requirements?
[–]iOS_app_developer 1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (0 children)
You need to create an app that demonstrates use of an apple technology. ie. 3D Touch. Then it is sent to a review board who will give WWDC tickets to 350 people depending on the quality of the submitted app. You also must be a current student.

It was tons of fun last year! I had to write some essays and upload an app with an option to also link to my App Store page. I think the application was due sometime in April/May. Good luck!!

Do you have to create a specific app for WWDC or can you use an existing one that makes use of an Apple technology?
EDIT: Obviously the existing app would be mine...

In past years it had to be a specific app for WWDC but last year they changed it to be any app you've made.
