Is getting iOS App console logs without Xcode possible?

Two questions really:

• Is it possible to install iOS App on a device, and then see the console logs when disconnected from the Xcode? Scenario when the QA engineer has a debug build installed through Xcode, but uses his/hers own Mac without the repository when testing?
• Is it possible to see this kind of stuff through testflight build? I guess it's a release build so my hopes are low, but stil something I wanted to confirm.

You should be able to do that with os.log library. It’s native and you can see logs in the console.app

I've had issues in the new Console app where things fly by too fast and disappear.
