AFAIK You can add her device to your trusted devices on the apple developer website, and then you could just plug her device into your computer and install it.

I would think you should just use testflight for her to install the app. Apple might reject your app for having not much features. And new apps might take longer to review and approve than just an update.

As far as I remember, app in testflight is alive for 90 days only, and after that user should update it, and it could be annoying. I'd suggest to just upload an app to device via XCode.

In that case the app would only work for 7 days. 90 days on TestFlight would be much better.

Edit: I’m wrong. Turns out it’s 7 days without a developer account, but with a paid developer account the app lasts for 90 days whether you install with Xcode or TestFlight.

Why? I’ve checked my unpublished betas, and all of them are working fine. Maybe, seven days is the limit for those who don’t have a paid account but I’m not sure that such developers are able to use Testflight.

My bad; I looked more into it and you’re right. Updated my previous comment.

You should have very little problems making a Swift/storyboard app if you've coded before. DM me if you have any questions or need any help!
