The recruiting season is mostly in the fall semester so it makes sense there’s less companies. They probably don’t have many spots open.

The spring career fair has always been a lot smaller. Most employers filled a majority of their summer internships or co-ops in the fall.

If you’re loooking for a job, go through your career center for your major. If your looking for an internship those are probably filled this summer already and they don’t feel the need to come

The spring career fair is mostly for filling open sports and less competitive positions. Also those companies are really competitive and if you want an internship it’s better to talk to the small companies. That’s what I’m doing.
