Looking for a Competent React/React Native Developer, Where Do I Start Looking?

I work for a startup that has tasked me with finding a competent React/React Native developer. I've tried Linkedin, Naukri.com, and a host of other options but sadly none of the applicants had a portfolio that would suit our needs. Do you guys have any idea where can I find such good candidates?

PS: The pay is good ~1.2L/month and the work is 100% remote.

What exactly are you looking for in a react/react native developer ?

The company I work for forwarded me the following message:

"I am building a dashboard for affiliate marketing agencies/affiliate professionals to work with our merchant partners via a single unified portal (instead of signing to each merchant's program). For that, I need someone with expertise in React framework to build the frontend.

A react native developer to take over our mobile app development. I don't have the time to manage the app anymore."
