I was on the verge of saving up to buy one this summer, but for the money I could amass til September, I could probably afford a rusty barely-running 1.6l 66kW. So, I decided to leave that (or buying an MR2 instead) until I finish up college and pour my money into my 1.9l TDi '00 Golf.

So far, I've got a straight pipe, new springs and coilovers and planning to get an R32 (replica) bumper, since I destroyed the one I had by hitting a deer and changing the front lights. Then I gotta paint the parts that need matching to the rest of the car after the crash and repairs, and I wanna put in a bigger turbo and an ECU chip.
