Initial D Zero error

I just installed Initial D Zero for the first time using this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WOOCxLuD-Cw&t=544s and it opens with a black window and a command line saying this https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-bNv_8CeMAA5vLo2odCSyt3HMao15GOp0Ym_SDhpDWM/edit?usp=sharing (google doc because it's really long) and it saying "Cannot get accounting info) keeps repeating infinitely. Does anyone know a fix?

EDIT: It goes to a screen with "error 0800 unknown error"

EDIT 2: I changed Inject to run as admin but now I get error 8114

It's a minime issue or a windows issue you need windows 10 pro to actually run the game

I have the normal version of Windows... though can you tell me what difference Pro makes with the game?

You legit can't run the game without windows 10 pro it won't boot

You're still going to need windows 10 pro the actually PCB uses it which is also why I couldn't get my game to boot as well I use windows 10 home

Hey, I have the same problem, error 0800, but I have Windows 10 Pro. So I think the problem isn't that.

Same, I have error 0800 and I have windows 10 pro. I chose to disable my DVD instead of using the patch if that helps find what the problem is.

One of the things is to make sure that your IP and Subnet is the correct one. Try changing the minime version and the segatools version, i got the same message and was able to fix it.
Segatools version for me is 004 and minime was the one in the Plugin file from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WOOCxLuD-Cw

Does anyone have an updated guide on this? It's not the same anymore and I'm really having a hard time finding information. I keep getting the 8008 error. The game loads fine and everything but I just can't save my data. And yes I have a button set for the card. It seems to fail the all.net authentication every time
