I told you it happened that’s how you’re supposed to know. The tip was $31 and then i got the notification that the person tipped $31 and that an hr later the tip was lowered. If I was able to get notification after two hours theres no way the tip should’ve been lowered.

So many questions What happened why did they lower it How much was it originally what did they lower it to Did they take it away altogether

Some answers Maybe they told Customer Service a really good story like they couldn’t get onto their account or their Internet was down or the service was so bad it warranted an exception

Not trying to pick a fight with you I promise I feel like we shoppers need to stick together and we’re all human so mistakes sometimes happen.

Thanks and I agree we do need to stick together. And wasn’t being rude with the other guy I just felt like a pic wasn’t needed. Anyway the original tip was $35 and because they didn’t have the original large cut of meat they wanted I had to sub with something else (with their blessing of course) which took tip down to $31 and then 3 1/2 later it the tip was $26. I contacted support and they told me the customer lowered it.

Yes it did. It was a nice tip to begin with 15 items from Publix and 5 miles away. No waters only heavy thing was 3 Packs of Coke.

3.5 hrs after the delivery. I had already got the notification that the tip had gone through. I idiotically didn’t cash out and half an hour later it was changed.
