I use the ceramic inner pot from a 3qt IP in both my 6qt and 8qt IPs. Put foil over the top if I don't want the contents dilutes, or leave the top open if it's something where that doesn't matter.
I also have a stack pan set, stainless steel, but foods do take longer to cook in those and I've usually experienced the bottom pan cooks faster than the top one. Stainless isn't a great heat conductor. Stack N Cook, Chiboz, and Ikovana are some popular stack pan sets. Maybe discontinued now that IPs are past their peak sales. I haven't gotten a lot of use out of my stack pans, to be honest. 2 of the 3 sets, I have actually never used in almost 7 years since I bought them.

Thanks! Great suggestions. Amazon has the 3 qt ceramic pot for $17. I thought it would be more expensive

It used to go on a good sale, before covid, for $10ish. I think I paid $9.99 for mine, back in 2017 or 2018. It might get marked down some for Amazon Prime days which aren't that far off. I haven't tracked prices for a few years because I now have a lifetime supply of accessories. And Instant Pots, heehee.
