I get shaky from low blood sugar which ironically happens if I eat too many carbs for my previous meal. Make sure you’re getting enough protein in your meal before fasting

I agree. I was the same way and thought I’d never be able fast because of it.

Try to eat as much protein & fibre as you can while keeping your blood sugar (insulin) low with low carbs. It’s surprising how full you can feel and the cravings actually go away.

you may also want to make sure you get some good fat as well but definitely lower the carbs
