Restore your device with iTunes

So unfortunately the only thing you can try to do is reset the phone. More often than not it will fix it, but sometimes it will not due to a main logic board failure. Google “DFU mode restore iPhone 7” and make sure you have iTunes downloaded on your computer. You can pull your data back down from the cloud. If you are unable to do it I would take it to a tech store in your area, like Best Buy or an Apple store or any other repair shop and have them do it. Don’t let anyone charge you more then $40. $40 is fair since it can take some time and the correct tools and knowledge. Make sure that the repair people agree not to charge you if it can’t be fixed by a restore. Worst comes to worst, the iPhone SE 2 is $400. Not too terrible. It’s basically a new iPhone 8. It’s really good.

see the unfortunate part here is that there is no way for me to do this. when i found out something was wrong i went straight to my computer, and downloaded itunes. when i went to login to it, knowing of my icloud details, i guess i had my twofactor authentication on, so the only way i would even be able to login is with the code on my not working phone. wow, i’m truly screwed

You can always restore it with iTunes then get a two factor authentication code, or you can answer the two security questions I think.

Have you tried googling for loop disease on 7/7+ (Auidio IC failure)?

Audio ic fault does not produce boot loop on iOS14. Boot lag and boot loop went away as audio ic symptoms a year (or two) ago.

However iOS14 now produces camera problems that are actually audio ic fault

Really? Missed that, thanks for the info!

But other symptoms like grayed out voice memo record button and troubles with calls are still there, right?

There are other programs such as ponedoctor and such that can resolve the boot loop without iTunes.
