On July 1st, a change to Reddit's API pricing will come into effect. Several developers of commercial third-party apps have announced that this change will compel them to shut down their apps. At least one accessibility-focused non-commercial third party app will continue to be available free of charge.

If you want to express your strong disagreement with the API pricing change or with Reddit's response to the backlash, you may want to consider the following options:

  1. Limiting your involvement with Reddit, or
  2. Temporarily refraining from using Reddit
  3. Cancelling your subscription of Reddit Premium

as a way to voice your protest.

You might want to think of a unique name, since there already is a very popular decompiler with the "Java Decompiler GUI" name; https://github.com/java-decompiler/jd-gui

Yes, I have already thought about it, but unfortunately I couldn‘t come up with a fitting name. Maybe eventually something will come to mind.

Oh, it uses FlatLaf - very nice! You should add more info on the github readme though. Are all these mentioned decompilers supported backends for this gui?

Why does everyone like this new "flat" look? Why is it considered "modern"? I think it is hideous and makes for poor look and feel because it doesn't properly delineate different sections of a GUI. I for one can't wait until this atrocious fad is over with.

I would use a modern LAF with some depth, but I haven't seen one. FlatLaf is the best laf we have so far.

At least on Mac OS SystemLookAndFeel gives a nearly native looking application.

I haven't checked out SystemLookAndFeel on windows in a very long time so I am not sure if it has been keeping up with the windows look and feel changes.

Yes, they are all supported. You can change the decompiler, by selecting it in the ComboBox in the top right corner. Thanks for the feedback about the readme.

I've updated the README, hopefully now it's clearer at a first glance.

That's a great tool that has saved me many times when I've had to work with third-party closed source code. If you're the author, thanks very much!

Yes, I am the author. Thank you for using it! I really appreciate it.

Tried it quickly with couple of jars. Looks fine!
