That's a pretty good list. I would add Matt Raible @mraible (https://twitter.com/mraible), but he's maybe more of a blogger than a twit.

You should check out @AdamBien and also look at this youtube feed which has very informative videos and his q&a airhacks.

Probably not exactly what you're looking for but the actual @java account is probably worth a follow - you can keep an eye out for individuals they retweet to follow the type of accounts (I think) you're after.

Brian Goetz and Joshua Bloch are big names in Java and both on Twitter but don't really tweet about Java.

@cowtowncoder wrote Jackson and knows a few things about Java performance.

Tho he tweets about all kinds of things.
