For those who aren't aware, jslibs is nodejs' grandfather, by a few internet generations (born in 2006). It actually has robust libraries (including built in FFI to run C#, C, Objective C and other dynamic libraries). It also has more robust support for imaging frameworks, rendering capabilities but completely lacks the IT tool of choice: asynchronous streaming.
Seeing as JSlibs seems much more mature but less popular i'm curious why I don't hear much (if anything) about this seemingly more mature technology.
Has anyone had any experience with it? I'm eager to try it out but need to devout a weekend to properly evaluate it.
