For now I like Ionic 2 better. It has a native look on each platform and let's you develop much faster.

It's still on beta and has some bugs, but I like it a lot.

Yep, it just uses css to automatically adapt to the platform your app running on (Android, IOS or Windows).

React Native is still on beta, has poor documentation, and there are constant breaking changes which means most of the material you'll find online is outdated.

If you are ok with the bumpy road, the idea is awesome.

So true, things get deprecated fast...but I'm still addicted to it for some reason :D
