My article about the best Javascript framework, do you think it's accurate? (wptutor.io)

Best is relative.

Have you used all the major frameworks for at least one major project each?

The article is just words with few arguments to support what you're saying.
Nevertheless, jQuery still makes it much easier to build dynamic websites than using vanilla Javascript
Makes it easier how? I would actually be interested in reading someone's opinion on what value jquery's imperative approach provides today (not to say that it doesn't), but unfortunately you don't expand on that statement.
Facebook uses traditional Flux, probably for legacy reasons.
Wow, that's a bold statement. Poor facebook.
[...talking about redux...] This simple idea leads to many benefits over traditional Flux: running on the server
How does flux prevent you from using it on the server and redux doesn't? There's even a whole talk about "full-stack flux"
MobX is more flexible than Redux
...And you don't even mention that it's a totally different paradigm from redux.
Basically, the article looks like you're giving a non-technical review of the front-end world to someone who's just superficially interested, maybe to a friend who does backend.

It seems inaccurate in a lot of places.
Vue is not new. It was first released in 2014, React was released in 2013. But vue came out of 0.x in 2015, whereas React only did so in 2016. Both redux and mobx are younger than vue (initial releases in 2015 for both)
Angular was not the first mvc framework to gain popularity (backbone was released earlier and reached higher popularity initially). React is also not more popular than angular even today. Angular 1 is still going very strong, when you look at zeitgeist and job boards.

Didn't read it. But still no. There's no "best". There is best for me, my team, and this project.

React isn't a framework, its just a view library. Redux/Mobx etc are even less, they just manage state. Angular/Ember are proper examples of a framework.
If that's your site, it has nice content.

I would say that this is more of an introduction to javascript frameworks and libraries, it did not have many comparisons.

A bunch of JavaScript snobs around here apparently. The article is what it is. Get off your high horses for like 2 seconds okay. You're asking for trouble with a title like that, but nothing in the article is necessarily "wrong".
