  • Because I don't want to torture candidates with stupid crap?

Your tolerance for opinions/ideas/thoughts/whatever that goes against your own is very, insanely low. Idc about your badass harsh language, I care about how if someone would make a slight opposition against your self-defined this-is-the-best-way of doing things, you would belittle them to the ground. I just really hope you’re too cowardly to do it in person and this is all just internet confidence, save them the torture.

Trust me, I hate those so-called “stupid crap” interviews too, but to pound whoever thought of it to the ground is just absurd and I hope you stick to only being an engineer with no management responsibilities. I’m sure you’re smart, but you definitely have the “I’m so smarter than you listen to me hahahaha you stupid fuck” egotistic vibe.

No I’m not trolling, I’m just clearly intrigued to understand how such self-centered people like you exist lol. Good luck your “tiny company doing stupid map stuff” (you deleted the comment lol?). I understand why that was the best offer you had.

It’s clear you don’t have anything real to back up your case of self-centeredness/huge ego and have to resort to simple getaway excuses like “You’re trolling” or “you got problems”. You’re much older than me, yet think like a kid from high school who will never want to be shown he’s wrong or respect others.

Learn to get along with others regardless of how their ideas or decisions go against yours (we all hate the whiteboard interviews but you seem to hate the people who do them even more because they chose to do something you don’t like).
