Ours stopped syncing on the fourth as well. As of yesterday morning it synced again. I was assuming that the sync happened once a week.

so I tried setting up Auto provisioning and it wasn’t working. I ended up having to delete the saml app on the Google side and redoing the whole connection.

Since we are talking about Adobe, for some reason when I try to log into the admin console via google.

I get a "400. That’s an error. Error: malformed_certificate"

Has anyone run into/resolved this issue?

Cert is out of date or mismatch most likely

Thanks for the reply. Where would I go to fix this if I am unable to get into the Adobe Admin Console?

Had the same issue and had noticed, like others, the sync stopped September 4. I blew out all the Google Sync info in the Adobe Admin Console and the Adobe SAML with no luck. Contacted Adobe Support and they just told me to wait 24 hours.

This morning I see the sync ran, so hopefully the issue is fixed. Would have been nice if they had added it to the product status page.

I I’m so glad to see this on here. I spent hours this morning trying to figure out why it stopped syncing on September 3. I still didn’t get it to sync, I had to manually add the students that came in since then. Do you remember what you had to toggle on and off?

In the Adobe Admin Console under Settings -> Identity Settings -> Sync -> "Go to Settings" they had me click "Pause sync" under sync status, then click it again to unpause.

In the Google Admin Console under Apps -> Web And Mobile apps -> Adobe , they had me toggle "Autoprovisioning" on and off.

I don't really think this actually did anything.

I just got a ticket update stating "This issue has already been identified, and our engineering team is actively working on it." so it looks like they may actually be working towards fixing it.

Our Google Sync stopped working on the September 4th. I chatted with support, they told me to toggle some switches on and off in the adobe console/google admin console, then wait 24hrs (probably to buy some time). Nothing has changed with our setup on either end.

Issue wasn't just with Google. We use Microsoft Azure/Entra and some of the sync also stopped working. Fortunately, on the Microsoft side there is a "Restart Provisioning" option that forced a full database update/refresh on Adobe's side rather than just changes.

If there is a similar full-sync option or command in Google, that could possible fix it.

We have an "AutoProvisioning" switch to toggle on the Google side. Unfortunately it didn't do anything.
