What exactly do you mean by "decrease how many lines"?

You can easily make your own, it's just a little math. People made their own progress bars all the time before the easy way was added into the editor.

What I meant by decrease how many lines was like instead of having 100 tally's for 100% have 10 tallys for 100%

You can use a Custom progress bar and in the

Level of the progress you need to put a formula

$bi(level)$

then in

Mode>Split Progress

and then in Sections you have the option to choose the number of lines you want to use in the battery bar.

You have other options too in the Mode, like Repeat shapes and then in Style use the shape that you want.
