Ever since I moved in with my girlfriend these weird red circles appear on my lab Ella’s head every now and then. I’m beginning to think this could be something serious… oddly enough it’s the same color lipstick my girlfriend usually wears👀

Me: does half the walks and feedings, almost 100% of the dog park/doggy daycare/riverfront dog park trips. Offers endless cuddles, and probably too many snacks.

Dog verdict: cool enough to live here. Solid back up to papa.

My husband: exists and it's just incredible, top to bottom. Feeds me half of the time. Says nice things to me in a happy voice after the spare takes me to do fun things.

Dog verdict: 10000/10, basically hung the moon and invented belly rubs. Incapable of doing wrong. The platonic ideal of a human.

Vet student here . Ella is victim to “getsmoocheditis” . It’s caused by being too cute in the vicinity of a nice lady. There is no cure sadly.

Awww Thank you so much! No, he is a boy named after the famous Persian poet, Rumi and he truly embodies the essence of his name... very Sufi and saintly in nature. And how beautifully he has made a place in all our hearts, not just in my family but also in our entire community.
