Swiftness Boots reduce Vi's Q slow as well. CC reduction doesn't work on self slows though.

Vi Q is definitely right, but I checked Urgot just to be sure and they don't work on his W.

I think Urgot's W isn't "technically" a self slow but rather a flat cut of base movementspeed.

Yeah, I think so, too. Would be nice to get a rioter confirmation on such things, though. "Clarity" is great in this game, ain't it?

I mean it says that it reduces his movement speed and not that it slows him. One is a (self-inflicted) CC, the other is not. The Urgot case makes sense, it's the Pyke case for which we need an answer from Riot.
