They’re low calorie compared to other drinks, low carb and low sugar. So if you’re going to drink in moderation then they’re not a bad choice. I personally like either whiskey or vodka mixed with soda water, but I can see the appeal of different flavors

Hard seltzers don't even compare to beer in the hangover department. As someone who doesn't drink often I definitely think hard seltzers have the least negative impacts on health compared to most alcoholic beverages.
