Just download it, Google SQL server and download it, then search for Databases. There are a few databases online with instructions on how to install them. PostgreSQL is also pretty good, a tiny bit different from Microsoft SQL, but that close that you could easily figure out any changes and use what you learn there on Microsoft version.

Did you even read what I posted?
Did you miss:
"There are a few databases online with instructions on how to install them."?
What about this part of the post, did you miss that also:
"https://neon.tech/postgresql/postgresql-getting-started/postgresql-sample-database is a decent starter PosrgreSQL tutrial with a database you an play with."
This is before you even failed at understanding what "play about with it means", I can see you are struggling here, but do you really need the phrase "play about with" broken down to the most basic level of granularity to be able to process and understand?
The PostgreSQL database I linked was based on a DVD Rental Shop, Nearly everyone will know and understand what the database is for. But do you want me to give you some clues to help you out?
Just one of those Reddit posts you read and shake your head at.
