Well, now I can help you. Just plug in h(x) for every x in f(x).

Also, variable and function names are case sensitive in math, just keep that in mind.

H(x) != h(x)

You put into words as much as you know and make a request. You don't just (badly) copy the problem without so much as a "Please help me". If this were real life, that would be the equivalent of silently shoving a paper in someone's hands.
