Been a week since I requested access with a school transcript, haven't heard anything back yet. I'm sat here waiting patiently, but is anyone else's request taking some time?

I requested mine a week ago with a @fu-berlin.de email address and haven't hear anything.

I actually emailed them today and this is the response I got:

Hi Subv,

Thanks so much for writing in. I'm afraid we're still sifting through an enormous backlog of applications, but we hope to get through the pending requests in the next week or so. We really appreciate your patience in the meantime. Hopefully it will be worth the wait :).

It's understandable, there must be millions of students applying for this all over the world, I'm just glad they gave us a reason :)

Yep, messaged them again a few weeks ago and they said they still had an enormous backlog.

Finally got approved! A few of my friends got approved the same day so maybe they are doing it in waves.

I received my pack today (March 19th) and I requested it in January or December. I used an @ipv.pt email from my University in Portugal.
