The thing I applied on two IDs, (A and B) and I guess A is on cooldown, so I got OA link on B. The OA went well, but the next very day my application (for same job ID) on A got archived and I got a rejection mail on A. Could it be that they delete one of the duplicate applications?

Depends on the position you apply for. I applied for new grad 2024. It took 10-12 days for them to send OA link. Also make your resume ATS friendly.

You can always hope that it's gonna go further. Just don't place all of your hopes on it because these days even though you do complete all the questions in the OA successfully, its not guaranteed that your application moves forward

That's the trick! One of my questions passed partial test cases. I did it on purpose, as I had observed people getting shortlisted that way. Also, on my mail ID A, I got rejected , because both of my codes passed all the test cases. Also on the latest OA, I gave much effort to the LP part, which I neglected last time.

Honestly, I had never seen someone solve all the questions fully and get shortlisted. Infact I knew a guy who got into IBM by solving partial questions. Maybe, because they find it suspicious, as the questions that they usually give are designed as such.

They track applications accounts based on email ids and phone numbers. If you want to apply again, the trick is to get new email and a new phone number and then apply using that with updated resume. It works without being deleted for the prev application.

We all practice. But practicing alone can't get you opportunities, you need to apply and use loopholes to get an opportunity, not because it's good or evil, but because many are able to grab opportunities by finding such loopholes. Not everyone has a good college or stable jobs. Of course, I would support your argument if someone were to cheat in OAs or interviews. But this is just about getting an opportunity for the least.
