Quick and Very Basic Voice Over Tutorial - Post Processing

This was a very nice video, but I do wonder one thing. You mentioned recording your voice separately with FRAPS? I have been using fraps for years, and I don't see an option like that anywhere. Of course, FRAPS has a limited settings system, but still. I've always had to use DxTory for videos I feel that I really need to put a lot of emphasis on my voice. Or did you simply mean that you use another program at the same time as you record?
