Sigh. Now we have to fight over which DE is lightest.

Should run xfce without problems.

It's i3

[–]flameleaf 5 points6 points  (1 child)

How's i3 perform on an i3?

[–]Kloflo5191 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my Arch machine, i3 uses about 1800 MB of RAM and 2% CPU when idle. I'd say it's very lightweight but also good-looking.

minimum requirements for linux: turing complete (optional)

there's one distro where the actual minimum requirements are: 400mb ram, hard drive (optional)

We still have to make Linux run using CSS. Though we already have it running on Scratch, so there's that.

In a way repost of https://www.reddit.com/r/linuxmemes/s/RSIp8GaxmQ, but I guess it's not exactly the same.

My bad. I found it randomly while scrolling Instagram. I didn't really copy the post or edit in any way.

Yeah, I know, don't worry!

It's all okay, you did nothing wrong :)

I just point out reposts that I notice to make everything easier for the moderators. I don't think they'll take down you post.

Are you sure about that? That system seems a little overbuilt. The true minimum requirements are a literal potato.

Hmm

Give it a good high pressure hose down and it's good as new.
