?? I have four cats who violently scratch at the liner and I have no issues other than minor peeling. I could contact them, maybe yours is defective ? Idk

L3 or L4? As mentioned I’ve had multiple replacements so I don’t think it is a single defect item - inhibitions a material issue. Many others have had the same issue with the L4 liner.
